ANNUAL MEETING
The annual meeting will be held at Grewen Hall on the campus of LeMoyne College in Syracuse, NY on Saturday, January 16, 2010. (As always the 3rd Saturday in January.) Doors will open at 10:30 AM. This year’s meeting will run from 11 AM – 3 PM. Those unable to attend should notify Carmen Perrotti, our secretary carm@cnyfire.com. All-American Sports will be there to sell equipment along with Nick who will bring some of his apparel.
UNIFORMS
Now is the time to inventory your equipment and uniforms and take advantage of the any supplier specials. Check the UNYCBUA website www.unycbua.com for supplier links and the CBUAO website www.cbuao.com for links to Nick’s embroidered shirts, pants, etc.
NOTE: the CBUAO no longer uses Gerry Davis as a uniform supplier – new order information can be found on the CBUAO website.
DUES
Annual dues for 2010 will be $55. Dues must be paid at the meeting or prior by mailing to the Treasurer (make checks payable to UNYCBUA):

RUBBING MUD
Anyone who needs mud for the upcoming season should notify George Cox via email by Saturday, January 9, 2010 Gjamescox@aol.com . Mud will only be provided to those who request it.
RULEBOOKS
Remember, last year’s rule books cover 2009 and 2010. Any new rule interpretations will be discussed at the meeting.
MEMBERSHIP STATUS
Active status in the organization is maintained by attendance at the annual meeting and payment of annual dues. Anyone that wishes to be placed in inactive status for the year must notify our Secretary, Carmen Perrotti carm@cnyfire.com . Inactive dues are $27.50 for 2010 and must be paid to the Treasurer (see above).
NEW MEMBERS
Our annual tryout was held at Fulton-Montgomery CC on Sat-Sun, Sept.19-20, 2009. The Membership Committee selected two new members for admittance from the 12 applicants tried out (Joe Burngasser from Buffalo and Brian Murphy from the Glens Falls area).
SPRING AVAILABILITY
The spring availability entry deadline for the CBAUO on line system was Dec 1, 2009. If you missed the deadline you must notify Nick Zibelli. See the CBUAO website for details. (If you didn’t know about it - you haven’t been checking the CBUAO website for notification bulletins!)
ON-LINE ROSTER
Check our UNYCBUA on-line roster www.unycbua.com for accuracy. Please verify your information and send any updates to the on-line roster to Carm Perrotti via email. Remember to also verify your personal information on the CBUAO website (a different database).
ELECTIONS
The Advisory Board terms for Chris Marshall and Ron Starsiak will end. The Executive Board will be making nominations. Any members wishing to be considered for these positions should contact Carm Perrotti.
The Executive board will be naming a replacement to fill out the term of Wally Bissett, who decided to step down earlier this fall.
